3,Introduction to structure
The chamber is a vacuum-formed alumina fiber furnace. The heating elements are placed in the furnace, and the bottom of the furnace is equipped with an alumina furnace bottom plate. Between the furnace and the furnace shell, the 1750 type fiber board is filled, and the double-layer shell structure is adopted, integrated design of temperature control system and furnace body.
The equipment is a series of high temperature electric furnace, need to have strict technical requirements.
4,drying furnace process
The electric furnace should be dried before use. The steps are as follows:
- 0 °C-300 °C 1H heating
- 300 °C-300 °C for 3 H
- 300 °C-600 °C for 1 H
- 600 °C-600 °C for 3 H
- Electric Furnace Idle for more than half a year should be used again according to the above process oven;
5, the installation of equipment wiring
- Box-type atmosphere furnace must be installed in the horizontal electric non-vibration platform, away from explosive gases and materials;
- The furnace terminal should be connected to the air switch, power three-phase 380ACV connection, terminal L1. L2. L 3 connect the fire wire on the power supply, n connect the zero wire, ⊥ ground wire.
MFX1400-30 series high temperature box furnace users to be equipped with 80A air switch or circuit breaker.
6,Equipment operation
When the line is connected, check whether the line is correct
Turn on the air switch
Push-button SWITCH to see if the temperature gauge is displayed
- Put the material into the furnace, using the crucible pliers to put the material in the middle position;
Plug the brick of the furnace door, close the furnace door and tighten the screw of the furnace door;
- Set the instrument, (other parameters of the instrument have been set before leaving the factory, the user only needs to set the temperature of the product

Furnace maintenance and precautions
1, the furnace maintenance and use of matters needing attention:
- When the electric furnace is used for the first time or is used again after being out of use for a long time, the furnace must be dried, otherwise the furnace chamber is easy to crack;
- Always keep clean, regularly check the electric furnace wiring is in good contact;
- The electric furnace is suitable for the following working conditions:
- A. For indoor use;
- B. elevation not exceeding 1000 m above sea level;
- C. ambient temperature in the + 5-40 °C range;
- D. the relative temperature of the surrounding environment does not exceed 85%
- E. There is no conductive dust around the furnace, explosive gas and can seriously damage the metal and insulation of corrosive gases.
When the electric furnace is used, the temperature of the furnace shall not exceed the rated temperature, so as not to damage the heating elements. Do not pour flammable liquids and dissolved metals into the furnace
In the working process, generally below 300 °C, heating rate should not be too fast, because just start heating furnace is cold, need to absorb a lot of heat; above 300 °C, heating rate can be within 10 degrees.
The furnace temperature should not exceed the rated temperature for a long time in order to avoid damage to heating elements. Do not pour flammable liquids and dissolved metals into the furnace.
