Printed circuit board metallographic section sampling machine (fully automatic)
Application: for sampling in metallography laboratory of PCB factory (PCB board has no assembling component)
Technical parameters:
- Maximum sampler size: length x width x height = 50x50x8mm;
- Set sampling size: according to customer requirements to determine (usually 20 mm x 15 mm)
- Maximum sample size 16“* 24”(can reach any position on PCB board)
- Sampler spindle: 24000R/min/AC220V/50HZ
- Sampler Gong knife: 1/8”(free to change gong knife, 2.0 mm recommended)
- feeding method: set the sampling size 0-50 mm (arbitrarily set) after the automatic feeding, until the slice is completely removed;
- The sampler is equipped with a vacuum cleaner
- Shape: 700x680x1400mm
